At the beginning of January, Arran Strong represented Ericeira in the World Junior Championships, held in Kiama, New South Wales, Australia.
The Ericeira Surf Club athlete was eliminated after opposing Marco Mignot and Ethan Ewing (who would win the title), and then the Hawaiian Finn McGill.
Even though he finished his path in the early rounds of the tournament which brings some of the most promising surfers in the world together, Arran Strong has gained great experience that will allow him to climb a few more steps on the way to a brilliant career.
