The Municipality of Mafra is made up of centuries-old traditions that shaped it and help defining what we know today.
“O Canto do Moinho” (The Mill Songs) is the proposal AZUL brings this week. A video that recalls the customs of the past and pays tribute to the millers and these structures that continue to mark several landscapes from north to south of Portugal and this region in particular.
“Canto do Moinho” is a video presented by the Municipality of Mafra, within the scope of the National Mill Day and along with the date on which the event “Bom Dia Cerâmica” (Good Morning Ceramics) was held in several European towns and cities, with the aim of promoting and disseminating this heritage in its multiple aspects.
