This week we return to surfing with a video that presents some training sessions featuring a young wave rider talent: Pedro Rua lives in Ericeira, is 17 years old and competes for Ericeira Surf Clube.
In this clip, with images recorded by João Rua (Pedro’s father) and edited by Pedro Santos Ribeiro, we can see maneuvers and tubes, surrounded by coastal landscapes of the one that remains to be the only European World Surfing Reserve to this day.
At the end of January 2017, Pedro Rua played his part in the first stage of Red Bull Rivals, held in Mundaka, defeating Basque Illan Urkía in the Local Hero category. The video is entitled “Mr. Big Stuff ” for a good reason, right?
