Beach, surf and sunny days are not exactly surprising when we talk about Ericeira: they are pieces of an essence that many recognize as a synonym of this land by the sea. Thousands and thousands of tourists are attracted to the village by the “sirens’ song” and return with memories impossible to forget.
This video produced by TAP Portugal airlines is part of a set of webisodes entitled Portugal Litoral Surf Guide, which intends to explore the culture, gastronomy and experiences that a surfer can have in different parts of the country.
In the episode dedicated to Ericeira, the national female surf’s pioneer Teresa Abraços reveals some of the region’s main attributes (from gastronomy to accommodation, all the way to the waves, of course) and what it can offer to those who visit us.
