From the August 1 to 6, Lisbon will host the World Youth Day (WYD), an event of great importance for the global Catholic community.
Portugal is preparing for this special occasion, in order to help pilgrims make the most of their experience.
The video above, titled “Pilgrim’s Guide to WYD 2023 in Portugal” and presented by the Brazilian João Felipe MJ, offers several tips, proposals for tours and cultural immersion in our country, including a list of 10 places in Lisbon and its surroundings that everyone must visit, including Mafra and its Royal Building, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
