Mason Ho, a professional surfer from the North coast of Oahu (Hawaii), surfed at the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve and shared an amazing session, also showing in this video part of the process of painting his boards to surf in Europe.
The Hawaiian describes this session as “special because it was foggy early in the morning and there weren’t many people looking for waves”. Mason added that he enjoyed a “fun reef wave that I’ve never surfed before.”
In this video, perfect barrels were the main maneuver (some with somewhat unexpected finishes) and the aerial moves were not forgotten either. Oh and, of course, there is no surfing without wipeouts!
