It was recently that the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve (or Ericeira WSR) celebrated its 9th anniversary.
Consecrated on October 14, 2011, this award from Save the Waves Coalition aims to preserve (above all) and promote seven world-class waves and the surrounding ecosystems.
In this video, three of the most emblematic waves of Ericeira WSR are presented: Ribeira d’Ilhas, Coxos and Pedra Branca – the remaining ones are Reef, Crazy Left, Cave and São Lourenço.
