It was almost two weeks ago (on the 20th of March) that Spring began in the northern terrestrial hemisphere, a season that will last until the next solstice, giving way to Summer on the 21st of June.
For Thomaz Sardinha, author of this photo gallery, Ericeira is a “land of connection with nature, which brings us the desire to live in a simpler way, in contemplation and visual expression that is even reflected in clothing.”
Colours are appealing, and prints abound in the light clothes of the pieces that accompany bare feet, always with the simplicity offered by this village where the sea is bluer and the fields are more colourful.
