Inspired by the waves of Portugal, where he grew up, and the tides of Rio de Janeiro, Quim Alvim builds his music between urban fado and tropical nostalgia. His musical journey began with an intimate debut titled “Vamos Falar”.
His new single, “Ericeira”, is an ode to the town he considers his refuge and creative beacon. With a summery sound, Quim invites us on a journey through memories and emotions, aiming to assert his artistic vision.
His main goal is to share the essence of the town where the sea is the bluest — far beyond the surf and the “expat” lifestyle that now define it. Ericeira has changed profoundly in recent years, and Quim felt the need to preserve its beauty and unique soul through music.
