Ruben Gonzalez is not a strange name among Portuguese surfers. The rider from Cascais is a four time national champion and had several good performances in the European tour. However the 36 year-old is not only known because of the competitions. He also loves some good, heavy and hollow waves and it’s not rare to see him wandering Ericeira’s waves.
That’s exactly what this Go-S.TV video from last Winter exhibits. It’s true that this year’s cold season didn’t bring consistently good swells, but there were a few days worth recording. Those days are shown in this footage gathered in Pico do Futuro and Coxos.
