Arran Strong (young British surfer from Ericeira Surf Clube) recently released the film “The Strong Man”, which is not just another surf film like so many others – this surfer intended to convey an inspiring and powerful message, leaving us surrendered to his history of persistence and conquest.
The surfer wanted to convey the idea that when we have to overcome difficult situations in life, we must create an objective or goal that helps us achieve our dreams.
Away from surfing for almost a year, for health reasons, Arran undertook to participate in a Triathlon race (swimming, cycling and running at several distances), returning to the sea stronger than ever.
