All the National Bodyboard Circuits (Open, Women, Dropknee and Esperanças) to be held during 2017 will come to Ericeira.
The Portuguese Surfing Federation’s (FPS) schedule was revealed in the end of January and the dates of these competitions (co-organized by FPS and Ericeira Surf Clube) that are set for the only European World Surfing Reserve are the following:
- Esperanças Bodyboard National Circuit: June 10 and 11
- Dropknee Bodyboard National Circuit: August 26 and 27
- Women’s Bodyboard National Circuit: August 26 and 27
- Open Bodyboard National Circuit: August 26 and 27
For now, the national calendar is the following:

1st stage, April 18 and 19, Nazaré, FPS / CDAN
2nd stage, April 1 and 2, Figueira da Foz, FPS / ABFM
3rd stage, April 22 and 23, Peniche, FPS / PPSC

5th stage, November 4 and 5, Carcavelos, FPS / Aqua Carca
Dropknee Bodyboard National Circuit

Women’s Bodyboard National Circuit
