Anthony B, Lutan Fyah and Perfect Giddimani will perform in a single concert on the 28th of June at the Sumol Summer Fest music festival, at the Ericeira Camping Park. The jamaican trio joins D8 and Cidade Negra, who perform on the same day.

Anthony B was already present in the festival’s 2011 edition, when the portuguese Richie Campbell accompanied him on his european tour. The jamaican is a veteran in reggae music, with a career that started by the end of the 80’s but only saw his first album – “Real Revolutionary” – coming out by 1996. Along his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Wycleaf Jean and Bone Crusher.

Lutan Fyah is another big name of the jamaican reggae scene that has already passed through Portugal as well – as he performed in Oporto by 2008. In 1999 he initiated a career that currently accounts for 13 albums, one of which was recorded live in San Francisco.

Perfect Giddimani completes the jamaican trio that will share the main stage of Sumol Summer Fest. He was in Lisbon in 2012 and now returns to perform in Ericeira’s summer festival. He started in the music business in 2000 and has already released 7 albums and 4 mixtapes.

The jamaican trio joins the portuguese rapper D8 and the brazilian group Cidade Negra on the 28th of June. The previous day features Bomba Estéreo, Ky-Mani Marley, Protoje e John Butler Trio.

On the 26th of June takes place the Welcome Party  of the festival. The tickets are already on sale, with the pass priced at 55€ (with camping included) or 40€ (without camping).

Sumol Summer Fest, which is the main current music event in Ericeira, won the prize for Best Medium Sized Festivel last year, granted by the Portugal Festival Awards.
