One of the oldest rally events in Portugal returns with an expanded concept.

This year Rallye das Camélias takes place on April 25th and 26th in the roads of Cascais, Sintra, Mafra and Torres Vedras.

The rally is organized by the Setúbal Motor Club, with the support of the municipalities, and runs in two categories. As in previous editions, there is a Sprint/Competition category against the clock and under the basic rules of national rallies. New to this event is the Revival category for vehicles up to 1985, in which the drivers complete the entire route, but the special stages are not timed – in a true Gentlemen Drivers spirit.

Along the rally route, residents are advised not to park vehicles in the area. The traffic restrictions will affect the municipality of Mafra only on April 26th.
