This isn’t the first time we publish a video of what is probably Ericeira’s only freshwater wave: after the heavy rainstorms that occurred in late November, the static wave gave bodyboarders and surfers a delight once again.
Among several familiar faces of the area, the surfer João Guedes was one of them, who debuted at this unusual spot, in a session in which the waves eventually assumed mutant shapes and XXL dimensions.
The video “Go With the Flood”, by João Maria Jorge, recorded all the action of a rainy afternoon, yet lavishly fun!
