Tiago Pires returned home — and brought with him a select group of Marriott Bonvoy Moments members for an afternoon on the waves of Ericeira. The base was Immerso, a five-star hotel that feels like something out of a dream: surrounded by nature, overlooking the sea, and deeply connected to the local culture.
The day began with a workshop at Semente Surfboards, where participants got hands-on experience in the art of board shaping under the guidance of the legendary Nick Uricchio. In the afternoon, the action moved to the water, with “Saca” and Gonçalo Menezes from Immerso leading a surf session.
After the ocean, came the well-deserved, and gourmet… rest. The group gathered at Emme restaurant, where surfing gave way to signature dishes and great conversation. An experience that blended authenticity, exclusivity, and that unique sense of community that only surfing can create.
