The image in this article results from the combination of two elements: the unique beauty of São Lourenço beach (we can see “Forte de Santa Susana de São João de Ribamar”, also known as “Forte de Santa Susana” or “Forte de São Lourenço”, in the background) and the photographic technique.
Sérgio Pedro Tiago used his eye to capture the first one, which he sublimated through a refined post-production – or editing – work .
The result is a dreamlike setting, lending an aura of mirage to a space frequented by many during the bathing season and by some throughout the whole year.
