Ericeira once again presents a Summer musical line-up that promises to combine tributes to World Music, Fado and Portuguese Popular Music. From last Tuesday (July 18) to September 3, concerts at Santa Marta Park and Praça da República (‘Jogo da Bola’) promise to light up the town’s nights. All shows start at 10 pm with free entry, although spaces are subject to their capacity.

During July, Santa Marta Park will be the stage for a handful of presentations. On the 18th, the band Lucky Duckies delivered a heated night with their nostalgic repertoire. On the 20th, it will be Samba Jarda Club’s turn to infect the public with engaging rhythms. On the 22nd, the show “Grandes Vozes da Canção Portuguesa” (Great Voices of Portuguese Music) promises to thrill with remarkable interpretations.

On the 22nd Vay com Deus performs on stage. On the 24th, it will be Emilio Moret’s turn to bring the music to town, followed by Al Mouraria, on the 26th, who will bring the emotion of Fado to the spectators, while on the 29th Amaro promises a memorable night. But the music doesn’t stop here! September will have two concerts at Santa Marta Park. On the 2nd, El Camino will enchant the public with a fusion of rhythms and on the 3rd, “David Bowie by Ericeira Bowie”, a project that pays homage to the legendary David Bowie.

And, as we wrote before, the performances are not limited to Santa Marta Park. There will also be shows at Praça da República: on the 4th of August, Projecto Bug promises a vibrant night, while the following night Teias de Aranha will perform to liven up the audience.
