This week we go back to the sea with a video of Brad Flora, an American who tells us a funny story about his life and an adventure through Europe that brought him to Portugal. The trash metal band Slayer provides the soundtrack, so this production is definitely not lacking in rhythm or black magic.
Brad, originally from Maryland, United States of America, is no stranger to Portuguese waters. After selling his car, he wandered for 3 months in Europe and, since he’s a fan of our country, surfed along the Portuguese coast, claiming to be the best idea he’s ever had.
The result of this surf trip turned into an incredible video, titled “Peixe Podre” (Rotten Fish), which had the collaboration of the Portuguese film and photography company JoyFaktor. This clip features a handful of surfing sessions, among barrels and fantastic acrobatics performed by Brad Flora on Portuguese waves, most of them in Ericeira. All this with a board borrowed by a shaper friend.
