The collective A TRIBO premieres its new theatre play \u201cAs m\u00e3os nascem fechadas\u201d (\u201cHands Are Born Closed\u201d) on May 29 and 30 at the Beatriz Costa Municipal Auditorium in Mafra at 9:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing together 20 performers aged between 9 and 75, the piece explores themes of growth, memory, and human connection.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>there are things that run through all of us<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Director Daniela Sim\u00f5es combines the different generations on stage. \u201cThey are very different people, in age and in life experience, but there are things that run through all of us. And that is where the performance happens,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by nature and the spirit of Spring, this performance reflects on how people continue to change throughout their lives. It is shaped by symbols such as hands, earth, wind, and time.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are available through a \u20ac9 donation.
