Immerso<\/a> has a new General Manager: Joana Pinteus, who took on her role in December, joins the team of this five-star hotel located in Santo Isidoro, a peaceful area just a short distance from Ericeira, with a privileged view above S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o beach. She brings a spirit of mission aligned with the concept of this unique project.<\/p>\n

Joana Pinteus has a solid academic background and extensive experience in the hotel industry. With a degree in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, the manager also holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the European University. Her commitment to excellence was reinforced by executive training in Top Management in Hospitality and Tourism at INDEG-ISCTE.<\/p>\n

i aim to contribute to the continuous growth, development, and consolidation of Immerso<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

After starting her career in a public organization in the finance department, Joana Pinteus joined the team of Chapit\u00f4 \u00e0 Mesa as Director of Human Resources, showcasing her management versatility in different areas. Her foray into the hotel industry began at Bairro Alto Hotel in Lisbon, where she played a crucial role in Human Resources and as Executive Assistant to the CEO over about four years.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Joana Pinteus joined the collection of Areias do Seixo || Noah Surf House hotels, where she was in charge of the Quality area for both units. That work eventually led her to the position of General Manager of Noah Surf House in Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n

By accepting the challenge of Immerso, Joana Pinteus expressed her commitment to contribute to the project’s consolidation. Her strategic vision and diversified experience in the hotel industry will undoubtedly be valuable in enhancing the reputation of “Immerso” as an exceptional destination.<\/p>\n

In a statement, the manager said “It was with great anticipation and ambition that I accepted the challenge presented to me.
