In a list made by the NiT website, with the ten best hotels and rural tourism resourts that opened this year in Portugal, Ericeira was highlighted with two hotels by the sea.<\/p>\n

This year was quite significant for the tourism sector in our country, marking a sharp post-Covid recovery. Portugal seems to be increasingly on the lips of the world, constantly appearing in international magazines, lists and recommendations. Both the streets of the main cities and some more isolated places filled up with tourists again, after two years struck by the pandemic.<\/p>\n

one of the most outstanding destinations was Ericeira, with two incredible openings<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And the Ericeira region has not been left behind when it comes to the search for peace and adventure, with the opening of two luxury hotel units that embrace the countryside with their eyes on the Atlantic Ocean. In the photo gallery organized by NiT, Ericeira is represented by Aethos and Immerso, two luxury hotels that respond to the great tourist demand.<\/p>\n

Surrounded by nature, Aethos Ericeira, located in Encarna\u00e7\u00e3o, offers total serenity to conscious travelers. The hotel, located in an isolated property surrounded only by nature, is located on a cliff overlooking the sea. From dawn, with the salty breeze on the balcony, to falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves \u2013 each guest will be able to find here a ritual of connection to the ocean.<\/p>\n

Immerso, located closer to Ericeira, more precisely in Santo Isidoro, stands out for its concept of sustainability, being surrounded by nature, in a green and cozy valley, with a wonderful view over the sea, pure air, beauty and biodiversity, this project having been developed with deep respect and consonance with the spirit of the first World Surfing Reserve in Europe. The hotel offers several services, such as spa, gym and yoga, as well as activities and restaurant options, such as Emme, Emme on Fire, Varanda, Bar Piscina and Cerveja Bica.<\/p>\n

During 2022, the openings were many, diverse, and original. From the north to the south of the country and on the islands, hotels, rural tourism, glampings and even floating houses have opened their doors. There are novelties literally for every taste. In its article, NiT highlights the village where the sea is bluer, adding that \u201cone of the most outstanding destinations this year was Ericeira, with two incredible openings: Aethos and Immerso. Two luxury hideaways that this picturesque village needed, with perfect waves, wonderful beaches and a peaceful environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

among these ten accommodations there are options for all tastes<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This list also includes the W Algarve and Dome Lakes, in the Algarve, The Vine House in Tabua\u00e7o, the Sleep & Nature Hotel in Montemor-o-Novo, Quinta do Cor\u00e7o in Bragan\u00e7a, Estoril Vintage Hotel in Estoril, AlmaLusa in Comporta and Faj\u00e3 do Belo Kuanza in the Azores.<\/p>\n
