The 8th edition of the Bloom Consulting Portugal City Brand Ranking recently analyzed the performance of brands in the 308 Portuguese municipalities in the areas of Tourism, Business and Talent, creating a list of these same municipalities in which they point out the potential and growth in these areas.<\/p>\n

Despite the excellent results obtained by municipalities such as Porto and Cascais, which maintain their positions of 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, it is the Portuguese capital that continues to dominate all dimensions of the study, with an exemplary performance in all statistical and digital variables \u2013 Lisbon maintains the leadership of the ranking. With the progressive increase in the volume of searches, Lisbon assumes itself as one of the most sought after European cities by investors, tourists and national and international talent.<\/p>\n

in the eighth edition, the municipality of Mafra ranks in the 21st position<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In this eighth edition, the municipality of Mafra continues to be part of the national top 25, taking the 21st position, while in the list released last year it held the 19th place, having suffered a drop of 2 places.<\/p>\n

Regarding the Business area (in terms of investment, the ranking considers \u201cthe percentage of new companies over the total number of companies\u201d), Mafra takes the 14th position (+1 compared to 2021). Regarding the Visiting (Tourism) category, the ranking that considers the hotel occupancy rate, the municipality occupies the 22nd position (-2) and in the Living (Talent) category, in which not only unemployment and crime rates are considered but also the purchasing power of each citizen, in relation to the national average, Mafra ranks 30th (-10).<\/p>\n

In the Lisbon regional ranking, the municipality maintains the 7th position compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n
