It was the second edition of the Urchin Festival, celebrating at the table a real endogenous icon, that has been a part of the daily life of the village since time immemorial, and nowadays is considered a true gastronomic specialty.<\/p>\n<p>This event brought together 12 restaurants that made the best proposals of cooking recipes, some of them created especially for the festival: simply cooked, with risotto or in sushi, and even as dessert.
