The Jangada restaurant navigates the waters of freshness and authenticity that make up a very creative and diverse menu developed by Nuno Bandeira de Lima – executive chef – in partnership with resident chef André Rebelo.
Let yourself go through a tasteful and unique journey between land and sea, with different gastronomic suggestions (there’s author’s cuisine tastes inspired by the sea and endogenous products, but also irresistible homemade pizzas, made with long fermentation dough and cooked in a wood oven, which makes them particularly crunchy) and where the use of ingredients supplied by local producers is privileged.
Infame’s (in Lisbon) younger brother is relaxed and familiar. Integrated in the apart hotel You and the Sea, very close to Praia do Sul, takes the bet on the use of recycled materials, including wood and antique irons, in decorative details. The open kitchen and the ocean panorama tear up horizons for the best of this cozy spot, be it summer or winter – nobody gets cold on board of this Jangada (raft, in Portuguese) whose fireplace spreads comfort through the wide space.
