Rali das Camélias 2020 (Camélias Rally) will be presented in Mafra during October, that is, the month following the events cancellation decided by the City Council due to the pandemic of the new Coronavirus – Covid-19.
On the organisation’s Facebook page, responsible for this motorised event, it can be read that “Rali das Camélias 2020 is underway”, although the respective developments are yet to be disclosed.

The presentation of the new website was rescheduled for June and the race will take place on November 30th and December 1st between Cascais, Sintra and Mafra.
This year the event will return from Estoril, with the journeys being broken down as follows: Sintra will welcome the morning lots, the rest of the day will be spent in Mafra, then heading back to Sintra, where the respective goal is located.
That, which was one of the most important and emblematic events of national motorsport (with the imposing Sintra-Cascais Natural Park as the background), returned to Greater Lisbon only two years ago.
